Refund policy

Given the specialized nature of our products (Solid Carbide Cutting Tools), all sales are final except for cases of verified manufacturing defects.

To Ensure Satisfaction & Avoid Mismatch:

We highly recommend that first-time buyers or those placing a large batch order purchase a sample quantity first to verify the product meets their specific application requirements.

Eligibility Criteria for Defective Returns:

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of product receipt.
  • Clear photos or videos must be provided as evidence of the alleged defect.
  • The product must be unused and in its original, resalable condition and packaging.

Return Process for Defective Items:

  1. Request Authorization: Email info@buds-tools.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and detailed evidence of the defect. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
  2. Evaluation: Our technical team will evaluate the claim. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will issue the RMA number and specific return instructions.
  3. Ship Back: Ship the product to our designated warehouse using a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not liable for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.
  4. Resolution: Upon receipt and final confirmation of the defect:
    • We will process a full refund of the product price or arrange for a replacement at your choice.
    • The original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable.

Return Shipping Cost for Defective Items:

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will reimburse you for the reasonable cost of standard return shipping. To receive reimbursement, you must provide the original shipping receipt.
