What shipping service do you use?

We ship via major carriers like UPS, FedEx and SF Express. The specific service is chosen by our warehouse to ensure reliable delivery.
Are duties and import taxes included in the price?

Please note that our product prices include only the item cost and shipping fee. They do not include any duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
International orders may be subject to customs fees upon arrival, and such charges must be paid by the recipient.

What are your return and refund policy?

Given the specialized nature of our products (Solid Carbide Cutting Tools), all sales are final except for cases of verified manufacturing defects.

What are the key advantages of the GC Series Mold End Mills?

GC Series Plastic Mold End Mills Crafted for semi-finishing and finishing of plastic mold steels. Made from ultra-fine grain carbide with TiAlSiN coating, these end mills deliver stable cutting, excellent wear resistance, and long tool life.
What materials are the GC Series Plastic Mold End Mills suitable for machining?

Our GC Series End Mills are specifically engineered for semi-finishing and finishing a wide range of common plastic mold and pre-hardened steels.

  • Workpiece Hardness: ≤ HRC48
  • Typical Materials: P20 / 1.2311, 718 / 1.2738, 718H, NAK80, 4Cr13H, S136, 1.2085
  • Note: Not suitable for hardened steels exceeding HRC48 after heat treatment.
How do I select the appropriate milling cutter type?

This depends on your machining requirements:

  • Square End Mills is ideal for slotting, side milling, and cavity machining.
  • Ball Nose End Mills is ideal for 3D contouring, complex surface finishing and high-quality surface profiling of mold cavities.
  • Corner Radius End Mills are ideal for cavity bottoms and side wall transitions. The radius edge design disperses cutting stress, improves chipping resistance.
What cooling methods do you recommend for your mold end mills?

Cooling Recommendation:
Our GC Series Plastic Mold End Mills are recommended for Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) or air cooling. Flood coolant can be used for heavy cuts. While dry cutting is possible for short passes, it is not recommended for extended operations or long-term use.

What is the minimum order quantity?

To make collaboration easy, we have no minimum order quantity for standard items. For initial testing, we recommend starting with a sample order.
